HYBOND is a tokenized bond fund issued by OpenEden Digital Limited, a Bermuda entity licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Digital Asset Business Act. The token provides on-chain exposure to BNY Investments' Global Short-Dated High Yield Bond Fund, an actively managed portfolio of short-dated, higher-yielding corporate bonds. HYBOND is issued as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and BNB Chain, with each token tracking the underlying fund's daily net asset value. Eligible investors subscribe and redeem using USDC through OpenEden's application. Access is permissioned, meaning wallets must complete KYC verification and be whitelisted before they can hold, receive, or transfer the token.
